We have just been notified by our monitoring systems of a RAID array failure on the Mars Plesk web hosting server which you have services located on. While the server is not completley offline anything that relies on Microsoft SQL server will not currently be working. We have an engineer working on replacing the disk and rebuilding the array already and we can assure you that all data is safe as we perform backups every 4 hours. As soon as we have any further updates and an ETA we will send out another e-mail however we expect to have services working again within an hour if everything restores as it should.

We appologise for any inconvenience caused however if you have any concerns please raise a support ticket by e-mailing support@vooservers.com or by logging in to the client portal at https://secure.vooclients.com and we will be happy to help.

Best Regards,
VooServers Support.

Update @ 21:23
The array has now been rebuilt with 2 new disks and the data restore process has now started. We expect the data restore to take around an hour however we may be able to start the SQL services once the SQL directory has been restored instead of waiting for the whole restore to finish.

Update @ 21:52
All databases have now been restored and the server should be back to a functional state. If you are still having any problems please raise a support ticket and we will be happy to help.
