We are currently aware of packet loss on the Sittingbourne network. This is currently suspected to be a denial of service attack aimed at another provider contained within the same data centre. The upstream providers are working on mitigating the attack however around 50% of the globe will currently be seeing the packet loss depending what routes your ISP is reaching us over.

All servers in Maidstone at this time are unaffected as it is a separate network. Once we have more information we will update this announcement.

Update @ 12:03 BST
The attack for the most part has now been mitigated however around 5% of the world may be seeing loss. The data centre are still working on this and we will update again shortly.

Update @ 12:16 BST
Shortly after the last update, at 12:09BST the data centre confirmed the attack had now been fully mitigated and connectivity should be back to normal. If you are still seeing any problems please raise a support ticket and we will be happy to help and ask the network engineers to investigate further if needed.
