Packet loss on some inbound routes - 20:05 to 20:15

This evening from 20:05 to 20:20 BST our network experienced a large inbound denial of service attack which led to 1 of our upstream links becoming saturated. Users which access us via the saturated link will have experienced packet loss whilst we mitigated the attack. Users who access us via our other upstream providers would have remained unaffected during this period.
