You may have noticed this evening at 19:05 to 19:08 a period of around 40% packet loss. This was due to a large inbound denial of service attack aimed at our network. Due to the size of the attack it took our automated anti-ddos systems a little longer than normal to filter enough traffic to restore services. All services were restored promptly after 3 minutes and no services shoud have been experiencing packet loss after this time.
